bO is an integrated solution between G&G and reservoir engineering to explore multiple static model realizations against historical production data to map remaining oil opportunities in mature oil field.

bO is a hybrid data driven / physics-based workflow based on a powerful machine learning engine coupled with fractional flow theory to crunch the historical production behavior to predict further development.

bO is subdivided into 3 steps:

• Remaining Oil mapping for multiple static model realizations
• New development opportunity identification:
  • Using existing wells (BCO: Behind Casing Opportunity)
  • Using new sidetracks or infill wells
• Probabilistic forecast of new development opportunities
